As we reflect on the 2025/26 Business Leaders Lecture Series, we’re incredibly proud of the inspiring conversations, insights and leadership stories shared throughout the year 🎤

From entrepreneurship and purpose-driven leadership to AI, careers and creativity, this year’s series brought together an exceptional line-up of industry leaders who challenged us to think bigger and lead differently.

Last week, our Global Executive MBA students came together from five continents for one of the most impactful parts of the programme – the Global Consultancy Experience 🌎

Throughout the week, students worked with two Brazilian firms – both leaders in sustainability in their industries – on live business challenges:
🔹 Developing an influencer strategy to support the North American launch of a new pet food brand
🔹 Creating a strategic market entry roadmap to support expansion across the USA for a major producer of wood panel building materials

This was a truly immersive experience from the outset. Following a warm welcome, students gained valuable context through an insightful session on Brazil’s political and economic landscape, before meeting their clients and beginning work on their projects 💼

The week was intense and rewarding in equal measure, including:
✅ Early morning runs and full days of research and analysis
✅ Discovering São Paulo’s culture – from city tours to traditional Brazilian cuisine
✅ Collaborating across cultures and working closely with clients to deliver meaningful, actionable strategies

By the final day, our students delivered two outstanding, well-researched presentations – demonstrating not only their strategic capability, but also their ability to operate effectively in a global business environment.
