UoNSU Activities Awards 2025 🥂

We have an award winner in our midst …
Bailey Charlesworth won Outstanding Individual Contribution to a Student Group for MusSoc. I’m sure you’ll all agree this is extremely well deserved and we look forward to having such a well-qualified President for next year. Well done Bailey!!

Thank you to everyone involved in MusSoc this year, we have achieved so much this year and we couldn’t have done it without you all!

We are delighted to announce our Sinfonia Spring Concert is taking place on Saturday 10th May at the Great Hall Trent Building! 🎶

Conducted by Thomas Parker and Bailey Charlesworth with solos by Seohyeon Baek and Miram Croft. As well a premiere of an original composition by Harvey Stephens-Dunn, the concert is looking to be a wonderful evening.

Featuring musical highlights from composers such as Tchaikovsky, Debussy, Mendelssohn, Vivaldi and selections from The Chronicles of Narnia

It’s going to be a great evening of wonderful music by talented musicians and a great way to celebrate the hard work of Sinfonia this year!

Doors open at 6 pm with the concert starting at 6:30 pm. Tickets are now available on Mussoc’s SU website and will be available on the door!

Looking forward to seeing you are there!

We are thrilled to announce our International Women’s Day Concert on Saturday 8th March in collaboration with Blowsoc and Musicality: The University of Nottingham's Musical Theatre Society

Tickets are available on the SU website as well as on the door on the day of the concert.

Proceeds are going towards Nottinghamshire Women’s Aid 💛

💜 Refreshers 2025 💜

Come and join us for our first rehearsals of 2025! New members are welcome to join so come along and invite your friends.

We will also be having an informal trip to Mooch after Sinfonia and Portland Coffee after Coro. It’ll be great to see you all there if you can make it!

We can’t wait to get started on another semester of playing great music!
