Led by UoN Feminist Society, we’ll take a gentle lakeside walk through Highfields Park, followed by a guided meditation led by UoN Buddhism + Meditation Society.

💭 WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP PANEL RECAP 💭

If you missed out on our Women in Leadership panel, here is a summary of some of the advice given out by the amazing women who joined us on Friday. The speakers were incredible and gave out some great wisdom for women, and had some great responses to our Q&A.

🩷 HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY 🩷

International Women's Day is such an important day to commemorate all the work women have done to fight for gender equality!

Today we remember how far we've come but also all the work that still needs to be done. We can use this day to shine a light on all the issues that are still prevalent for women in our society.

As the feminist society at UoN, this day is obviously very important to us and if you are looking to drive change and share views on feminist issues, we would recommend coming along to our next society meet-up!

We hope you all have a great International Women's Day! 💕
