** COMMITTEE ELECTIONS: OPEN FOR NOMINATIONS **
These elections are your chance to be a part of the Greek Society in the Oxford University and help the community grow. OUGS is a historical, well-respected society founded in 1968 at the University of Oxford, listing hundreds of members and alumnus. Our events, talks, sports activities, and collaborations have brought together students, researchers, and young professionals over the years. Our society's members have built strong friendships and relationships, found new hobbies, and made unforgettable memories. Let's keep the society going!

The committee positions are as follows:

President*
Secretary*
Treasurer*
Senior Member*
Events Officer
Welfare Officer

*In accordance with the University's regulations, the President, Secretary, and Treasurer must be student members of the University. The Senior Member must be a member of Congregation.

All elected officers need to be OUGS members.
To nominate yourself in these elections, please send a private message here on Facebook, indicating the position, and 2-3 sentences describing why you are running by Friday, May 29th, 23:59 GMT. Please also provide your student status (Oxford Uni/Oxford Brookes) and your University e-mail address (if applicable).

Elections will run on Saturday the 30th of May and the link will remain open for 24 hours. The new committee will take over in October 2026.
