MatSoc is a subject-based society for anyone interested in Materials Science. The Materials Society is based at the University of Oxford and was founded in June 2006 with the aim to provide its members with:

- Interesting talks from speakers at the forefront of their field.
- Academic support, both online and in person.
- Assistance in career choices and a w
