This seems like a good addition to an afternoon tea.

Master baker Richard Bertinet is back in the house with this recipe for Choux Swans. They are such a pretty treat, made from just a few ingredients and taste outstanding! 🦢👉 https://www.jamesmartinchef.co.uk/recipes/choux-swans/

Volunteer this summer to help plant wildflowers!

All are welcome to join us on Saturday 6th August to help expand the wildflower borders in College. Volunteers are needed to help our Head Gardener, Ed Reid, and his team sow wildflower plugs to be planted out in late September.

For all our green-fingered friends, as well as the opportunity to quiz our knowledgeable Gardens Team, you will also discover how they have worked towards improving biodiversity in the gardens and becoming 100% organic. To read the latest gardens updates, visit: https://www.st-hughs.ox.ac.uk/people-life/the-buildings/the-gardens/summer-2022/.

Tickets are free of charge and include lunch. Click below to book now.
