It Happens Here An anti-sexual violence campaign led by Oxford University students. Prevent. Protect. Empower. Anyone can be a survivor or a perpetrator of sexual violence. Anyone.

We are an autonomous OUSU campaign dedicated to raising awareness about sexual violence and working with members of the University of Oxford and the wider community to ensure that Oxford is a safe place for all people. People of all genders, sexual orientations, races, cultures, religions. Undergraduates, postgraduates, university staff. We believe that it's time for all of us to join together and say that sexual violence will not be tolerated in our community. That we will support survivors. That we will educate ourselves about consent. That we will create a culture free from damaging myths. That we will make here a place where change happens. It Happens Here is collecting testimonies from students about spiking at the university, so whether you’ve personally experienced spiking or not, we want to hear from you. It’s completely anonymous, and all questions are optional so you don’t have to tell us anything you don’t want to. Your stories and insights will be used to create a report to help better protect and support students in future - your voice matters. Any questions, email the IHH presidents at [email protected]. If you need help or support, please contact SHVSS (Sexual Harassment & Violence Support Service).

We need volunteers‼️ We are looking to conduct an anonymous, university-wide survey to learn more about student experiences of spiking. In particular, we are aiming to understand the extent to which students feel protected by their college, with a focus on what the college offers to prevent cases of spiking and their response when these occur. We want to ensure that the survey appropriately captures these questions. How you can help: 1. scan the QR code 2.
