"Pandemic and epidemic-prone infectious diseases pose a serious threat to global health security. Future leaders in global health should be able to navigate uncertainty, communicate across sectors, and understand how policy, power and public perception shape epidemic and pandemic emergence and responses.”
— Professor Alice Norton

Last week, IHTM launched the new Pandemic Sciences module.

Bringing together experts in modelling, research, policy and outbreak response, and concluding with immersive GOARN - Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network and One Health simulation workshops, the module strengthens how we prepare graduates for real-world public health emergencies.
