The Flavour Lab at the Skills Development Hub had a go at making omelette pizza, and look how tasty it looks!

Everyone had a go at perfecting their skills at chopping, prepping, and cooking to create a delicious, wholesome meal for themselves. From cracking the eggs to choosing their favorite toppings, they put so much effort into every single step.

Cooking is such an important life skill. We can't wait to see what they whip up in the kitchen next week. 🍕🍳✨

We were kindly given a copy of a wonderful Herald & Post newspaper pull-out from 1994, when the college was known as the College of Adult Education.

It's a fascinating snapshot of the courses, opportunities and community spirit that have long been at the heart of what we do. While plenty has changed over the years, our passion for lifelong learning remains just as strong.

Take a look and see what was on offer more than 30 years ago. Do you spot something you remember? 😊
