University Centre Peterborough is celebrating a fantastic weekend at Ferry Meadows, where our students and staff took over to showcase incredible talent and creativity! 🎪✨

Our Performing Arts students and tutors wowed the crowds with interactive Character Creation and K-Pop workshops, alongside the exclusive first preview of the original musical Winter Calls, written and produced by our HNC Acting and Dance students! 🎭🎤

Sunday turned the spotlight on our writers and poets! Visitors got crafty making plasticine ladybirds for our Poetry Tree, listened to original Creative Writing Readings and enjoyed a brilliant lineup at Peterborough Poets United. We wrapped it all up with the wacky poetry challenges of Bardmaster! 📝

We are thrilled to announce that University Centre Peterborough will be hosting the Big Top Tent at the 5th annual Peterborough Celebrates Festival, hosted by Nene Park Trust.

Our tent will be a showcase of creativity, featuring students and staff from both UCP and Peterborough College. It’s a fantastic (and free!) way to spend the weekend supporting the next generation of creators.

We can’t wait to see you there for a weekend of storytelling and sun!

It was fantastic to see Peterborough College and Stamford College students stepping onto the UCP campus to explore their next steps. From interactive subject tasters to meeting their future lecturers, today was all about showing how the path from college to a degree is right here on your doorstep.
