University of Plymouth Student Choir We are University of Plymouth's Student Choir! We are all about music, friendship, community, and inclusivity!

A society that aims to cover a wide range of musical genres for a number of different interests and abilities, and to perform at many different venues in Plymouth and out of the local area.

You guessed it! It’s time for UPSU Choir’s Annual General Meeting ‼️

The AGM is taking place on Wednesday 25th March 2026 @ 6pm. Once the AGM is over we will be continuing with Mr. Daniel Frankel’s lovely rehearsal slot 😌

If you’re interested in taking part in choir’s committee next year fill out the form that was placed in the choir WhatsApp group, message the instagram account or let one of the current committee members know ✨ and if you have any questions about any of the roles or the AGM process do not hesitate to contact us!

The house rules do apply as shown within the post so make sure you read the role you’re applying for and show us why you would love to help be a part of choir next year.

This is the theme for our next concert happening on the 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! 🎉

Doors open at 𝟔𝐩𝐦 and the Concert begins at 𝟔:𝟑𝟎𝐩𝐦 at the 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐤𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐞.

We will also have a raffle at the show, and all donations will go to our two chosen charities for this academic year: Rebuild Hope Foundation and LiveWire Youth Group 👏

UPSU CHOIR HAS CHOSEN THEIR CHARITIES!

After a vote within our choir, we have decided on our local and national/international charity for this academic year! 🤗
*drum roll please*music & are our chosen charities 🎉🥳

We will be holding raffles at concerts and conducting fundraising events to help raise money for these wonderful charities. So feel free to donate!

Livewire Youth Group are a Saltash based group that focus on helping young people relieve stresses and worries through music. 🎶

Rebuild Hope Foundation are an international charity mainly based in Uganda that focus on helping young children to have an education and their school meals. 📚

We look forward to raising money for both of these inspiring charities 😊

!!UPDATE TO REHEARSALS!!

We are making rehearsals a little bit longer whilst leading up to our Winter Concert on the 6th December. We ask members to please make sure to arrive for 6pm, to the best of their ability, in Rolle 018! 😊

UPSU Choir presents…OUR ANNUAL WINTER CONCERT‼️

Our concert will be held at Christ the King Church, PL1 2EN with the doors opening at 6pm and the actual concert starting at 6:30pm on the 6th December ❄️
Food and drink will be provided for guests and we will be holding a raffle with tickets costing a donation towards our chosen charities for the year (Livewire Youth Group Project & Rebuild Hope Foundation, see our post for more details on the two chosen charities♥️)

Entry to our concert is entirely 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 so come along on the 6th December!
