Help our friend Leonie and her team with their important research all about children's healthcare!💙🩷

"Help us improve children’s healthcare online

We’re a research team from the University of Plymouth looking for parents of children under 5 from under-represented communities to share their experiences of using digital health information and services when their child is unwell.

Whether you’ve used the NHS website, booked appointments online, or had a video consultation, we want to hear what worked well and what could be better.

You can take part in a short one-to-one interview (approximately 30 minutes) or a friendly group discussion (approximately 60-90 minutes), held either online or in person at a location and time convenient to you. As a thank you, you’ll receive a £20 voucher for your time. Your insights will help shape more accessible, family-friendly health services in the future.

Interested? Get in touch to find out more - we’d love to hear from you. Email Leonie Cooper: [email protected] for more information 😊"

Hi all ! My name is Darya and I am a PhD student at Plymouth Babylab in my final year. I have been struggling to find enough participants for my research, and I would really appreciate some help. I have two eye-tracking studies happening at the moment, one with 17-month-olds and one with 30-month-olds. The first study looks at how hearing different accents at home affects unfamiliar accent processing, and can be done both in person and online. The other one looks at the mechanisms behind unfamiliar accents processing and can be done at the lab. I would be very happy to provide more information to potential participants, please don’t hesitate to get in touch on [email protected].
