Today, we come to the end of a significant chapter in our school's story as we say farewell to Jo Ware, who leaves with our sincere thanks and gratitude for her dedicated leadership and unwavering commitment to our students, staff and families.

Schools are about people, relationships and shared experiences, and throughout her time with us, Jo has played an important role in shaping the journey of our school community. Jo's care for our young people and belief in what they can achieve has left a lasting impact that will continue to be felt for years to come.

Whilst it is always difficult to say goodbye, we are excited to welcome Denise Burrows as our Interim Headteacher. Denise joins us at an important point in our journey, bringing a wealth of experience, warmth and a deep commitment to helping every child flourish.

As we thank Jo for all they have given to our school, we also look ahead with confidence and optimism. Together, we will continue to build on our strengths, celebrate success and create opportunities for every student to thrive.

Please join us in wishing Jo every happiness and success for the future and in giving Denise a very warm welcome to our school community

Our story continues, built on strong foundations, shared values and an exciting future ahead 🖤

Celebrating National Manufacturing Day with our Year 13 T-Level Engineering students at RSP (Rail Signalling & Power) Ltd! ⚙️🔧

Students gained a valuable insight into local manufacturing in the Southwest through a facility tour, a Lean Manufacturing Lego challenge, and practical engineering tasks including cable replacement, crimping, and wiring assembly to industry standards.

A huge thank you to the RSP team for hosting such an engaging and inspiring day, giving our engineers of the future the opportunity to apply their technical knowledge in a real-world setting. 👏
