Marine Station Plymouth University This is the official University of Plymouth Marine Station page. It is the shoreside base for our fleet and professional dive team.

It provides information on the academic activity, fieldwork and events that happen at the University of Plymouth Marine Station, situated on the city's waterfront at Coxside. Plymouth University has redeveloped its waterfront campus at Coxside, between the National Marine Aquarium and Queen Anne's Battery. The brand-new £4.91m Marine Station is now complete and provides excellent facilities to support marine-related teaching and research. Students with an HSE SCUBA qualification are invited to join research projects throughout their time at the University of Plymouth. This unique opportunity allows students to gain real experience on an array of scientific diving projects before they've even graduated!
