We are looking for people with excellent face recognition skills to help with a research study that aims to help develop our understanding of face blindness (a condition that affects adults and children, where they struggle to recognise facial identity). We would be very grateful to hear from you if you believe you have extraordinary face recognition skills. We are also keen to hear from anyone who experiences face recognition difficulties or who has typical skills and is happy to act as a control participant.

Please help develop our understanding of "face blindness" (prosopagnosia) and earn a £50 Amazon voucher.

Our research team at Bournemouth University are carrying out a study to uncover why some adults and children find it difficult to learn the faces of others. This condition, known as "prosopagnosia", can have a profound impact on everyday social, educational and occupational functioning.

If you are Caucasian, aged 30-59 years and able to visit our lab on five consecutive days, we'd be delighted to hear from you. We are seeking people with typical face recognition skills to act as control participants, and people who experience face blindness or who believe they excel at face recognition ("super-recognisers").

Prosopagnosia Research at Bournemouth University - Home: Dr Sarah Bate is a researcher into Prosopagnosia at Bournemouth University, England. People with impairments can participate in her research and find out more information about facial blindness.
