I’m now far more confident with the computer after doing the digital courses and the Stress Awareness course has helped with my confidence. EDSQ (Essential Digital Skills) Entry Level 3
"This course has helped me so much with my mental health. I’m now able to leave the house and starting to get back into a routine. I bought a new phone and because of this course I can set it up on my own. It has also shown me how to keep safe online as well as avoiding scams. I can now use email, MS Word and easily search for things online. I will be progressing onto the next level and thanks to the tutor for all their support".
