Year 11s have been hard at work painting their ghosts as part of a finishing process activity, gaining a real insight into the techniques engineers use to create professional-looking products.
They've also been putting their detective skills to the test by cracking polymer codes, identifying mystery objects from their material properties, and taking part in a fast-paced manufacturing-themed game of Pictionary, where engineering and communication skills go hand in hand!

Sometimes the simplest tasks lead to the biggest challenges! Our Year 11 students were asked to choose any object they liked. What they didn't know was that their chosen item would determine the engineering drawing they would be creating later in the lesson.
Some students certainly made life difficult for themselves with their ambitious object choices, but they rose to the challenge brilliantly!

Year 10 Health Science students are heading out for their first work experience placements next week at nurseries and pre-schools across Northern Lincolnshire.
As part of their pre-training it is important to understand the needs of the child, life stages, safety, and expectations.

20-21 Visual Arts Centre Just Amazing! Families; If you get a chance to go, please do! We took some students today to see the show. It is on until 17th.
A beautiful free hour, and students were so relaxed!
