Student Funding and Access Support Based in Student Support Services at Sheffield Hallam University we are a specialist team offering p

Student Funding and Access Support is the first point of contact for students at Sheffield Hallam University with enquiries about

• problems with student funding
• financial hardship, including emergency food vouchers and the Hallam Hardship Fund
• scholarship and bursary issues

We also offer practical, financial and welfare advice to

• care leavers (someone who was looked after by the local au

thority in childhood)
• estranged students (someone who has lost contact with family and is studying without their support)
• mature students (aged 21 or over when starting an undergraduate course, or 25 or over at postgraduate level)
• students carers (looking after a family member or friend due to disability, illness, mental health or addiction problem)
