Geogsoc has loads to offer, and our page is a great way to find out what’s going on in the society such as our upcoming socials, academic events, and charity fundraisers as well as loads more. Our society prides itself on being one of the biggest, and best here at Sheffield University, and we have over 550 members. There are so many ways in which, you as a member can get involved includin
g; socials throughout the year such as our colouring in social in Fresher’s, a weekend away to a European city, intramural football and netball teams, academic events, career events and lots of charity fundraisers! As a society we aim to provide a bridge between the department and you to ensure you have the best time here at Sheffield while studying Geography! This year we are planning bigger and better things than ever coming back after COVID including even more socials & sober socials, charity runs and academic support.
