These ladies have said it very well.

Now is not a time to be silent, but to share on any platform you have, social media however is not enough... sign the petitions, email your mps, educate yourself, be active and keep pushing.

There are many more resources out there too, but we thought the list the rugby women have put together was a good starting set

The last decade saw the creation of Strength sports and 2019 saw huge growth in the club.
We’re looking forward to our biggest year of competition attendance, more 1st competitions, more pbs and more old Bois returning to big old Sheff.

Can’t wait to see how the club changes in the next decade and becomes even bigger and better 💪🏼🤙🏼

The happiest of New Years to you all and here’s to 2020 💖🥂

*OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING COURSE*
Happily we have the perfect number of people interested in the course so we can say yes to everyone! The following will be doing the course and need to ensure they have paid for an olympic weightlifting membership - if you already have a full membership you can bring the difference in price in cash to training and pay for it that way:
Vanessa Kam
Adam Bergin
Sarah Davies
Miranda Ballard
Charlotte Clarke
Beth Whitehouse
waterhouse
carlile
Jacob Yasue
rysina
Matthew Watson
rosin campbell
Georgina Jasmine
Armando Németh

The first session will be tomorrow, the 16th October, bring the flattest shoes you have.

As for other members the room will be given Olympic lifting priority, we won't be using the racks but it will be first come first served for training and maximum of about 8 people outside of the course.
