I am also happy to accept guests of other age groups both British and other nationalities throughout the year for shorter time periods. I offer:

I offer: - A safe and studious environment - Nurturing where necessary, yet allows freedom - Light Breakfast included in the price - Regular weekly room cleaning, sheets and towel changes - Unlimited tea/coffee and fresh fruit - Fast WiFi - Full use of laundry facilities - Parking for up to 3 cars You will have access to my kitchen and dining room for self-catering, including all equipment and the microwave!!. I have:

1 single room called The London Room at £22 per night, £135 per week or £540 per month.

1 single room called The Butterfly Room at £22 per night, £135 per week or £540 per month.
