You can be part of Riders Minds Day by:

🐴 Wearing purple and showing your support
💜 Starting a conversation about mental wellbeing
🐴 Checking in with a friend, fellow rider, groom, coach or someone you know
💜 Sharing this post and helping someone else find the support they need

Sometimes, a simple “How are you really doing?” can make a bigger difference than we realise.

Let's use today to look out for one another, break down the stigma around talking about mental health, and build an equestrian community where people feel seen, heard and supported.

60 mats, 4 of us, 4 Parallax Grabbits, 34 degrees moved in less than half an hour. Grabbits are definitely on our ‘essential piece of kit’ list.
Hope it’s cooler when they are clean and need to go back in! 🥵

Back from a brilliant Royal Highland Show and our first time competing north of the border didn’t disappoint.
