Calling all PE teachers! 📣

Studio You x Nike has launched three brand-new PE lessons in dance, yoga and fitness, designed to help more girls aged 11 to 16 enjoy being active, build confidence and feel included in PE.

Each session is a complete 20 to 30-minute lesson in a single video: warm-up, skill development, practice and cool-down. Every lesson includes adaptations and different intensity levels, so every girl can take part at her own level.

✅ A recap of everything from Foundation Tumbling

✅ Tumbling skills used in cheerleading routines

This course is equivalent to NGB Level 3 and is open to adults over 18 who hold the UKCA Foundation Tumbling for Cheerleaders Certificate.
