Hi everyone! I am excited to announce that the FACS society will be hosting their annual student-led conference on the 7th June 2022 at 1pm. This is a great opportunity to hear about the amazing research that has been done by final year forensic students and gives you the chance to ask any questions you may have. Also, with a guest speaker to be confirmed, you will have the chance to hear from a highly experienced forensic practitioner.
The conference will be hosted via Microsoft Teams (a link will be posted here nearer the time) and is free for anyone to join.
Can't wait to see you there! 😄

Hi everyone! Hope you’re doing well! ☺️ On the 18th Feb at 6:30 we will be hosting another bowling night (as the last one was so successful) at Tenpin Stoke. We hope you can all make it - let us know if you can 😁

Hi everyone hope you’re all doing ok! We will be hosting a pub quiz at ember lounge on the 13th December at 6 this will include general knowledge, true crime round (nothing technical 😂), a Christmas round and others! It’s free to come along and a prize goes to 1st place 😁 hope to see you there ☺️

Hi guys so final update with bowling, we’re going on Thursday next week at Lymelight at 6:30 we are booking it today so again just need to know numbers so let me know by the end of today if you can make it. It’s also cheaper at £6 for anyone who wants to come along who isn’t a member! Apologies for all the confusion with this! ☺️

Our first social is coming up! 🎉 We will be going bowling at TenPin Stoke on the 22nd October (time TBC). As mentioned on the previous post for those who have purchased their membership, your ticket and travel will be paid for.

Hi everyone! So we are planning our first social event for this month on Friday the 22nd (time TBC)! We are going to go bowling at TenPin Stoke. If you have paid for your FACS membership, we will cover the cost of your ticket and travel (we will sort out taxis once we have an idea on numbers), if you are not a member tickets will be £7.45! It’ll be a great opportunity to meet new people and have a bit of friendly competition 😊
