We still have places left on UHI's MSc Sustainability & Rural Regeneration Masters programme at UHI. Our Masters programmes have just been rated the very best in Scotland for Student Satisfaction for the third year in a row.

Our new Masters programme - https://www.uhi.ac.uk/en/courses/msc-sustainability-and-rural-regeneration/ - is designed for participants better wishing to understand the theory, policy and practice that can make a real difference towards attaining sustainability in rural regions.

If you are working in, or are interested in the future of rural areas, this unique online course could be ideal for you as it is designed to be totally asynchronous and so suitable for study across time zones and for those students working with busy lives needing flexibility each week to participate in their studies.

We have 6-week and12-week taster courses and also offer a series of Postgraduate awards: PG Cert (three core modules complete) PG Dip (six modules complete) and MSc (research dissertation complete).

Planning Aid Scotland are helping to run community engagement sessions as part of creating a Local Place Plan for NAIRN. They are running 5 community engagement sessions in total and are looking for volunteers to help facilitate small group conversations and take notes of what everyone is saying. The topics of conversation at each table will be based around the six qualities of successful places from NPF4.

The dates and times of the engagements will be:
9th May 4.30-9pm
10th May 8.30am - 1pm
15th May 4.30-9pm
16th May 8.30am - 12.30pm
16th May 4.30-9pm
All of the sessions will take place in NAIRN with exact venues TBC.
