University of Sunderland Indian Society This is the official page of the University of Sunderland's South Asian Society

The South Asian Society's vision is to showcase South Asian cultures to the community of students, staff, and faculty here at the University of Sunderland. We are a society that aims to promote social as well as cultural events which are organized for the enjoyment of our members. These events include but are not limited to social activities, trips, events, dances, and much more. Our mandate is to

raise awareness and provide a platform where we can unite and celebrate the vibrant cultures of South Asia together. Although the majority of our members are indeed of South Asian heritage, anyone and everyone is welcome to join!
