Thanks to all of you that made it to our meetings last week, I hope you enjoyed it and that we'll see you again next week!
I think it'll be best to have two weekly meetings, one on a Tuesday and one on a Thursday, then the two groups can come together for workshops, events and activities. You can come to either meeting each week so if you can’t make the one you normally attend but you can make the other then that’s great; if you can’t make either that's fine as well, but remember you’ll get out what you put in so the more you engage, the more rewarding it will be!
If you’ve like to pay for your membership, and become an official member, then please go to this link: https://www.sunderlandsu.co.uk/groups/enterprise-society-b85c/join or I think you can go into the Students Union and pay for it there.
Membership costs £10, but if you recruit 3 members then once they’ve all paid membership we’ll give you your £10 back! 🤑This keeps going as well, so for every 3 paid members you refer you’ll make £10. Each time you do this though, make sure to let me know at a meeting, and bring the new members along, so I can keep track and make sure everyone is getting paid when they should 💸💸
I don’t want to make this post too long so I’m gonna leave it there for now, but I’ll be posting another post shortly with Event details as well as making a poll to find out if there’s anything you could contribute to the society and develop your skills in doing so. If you do contribute to the society opportunities with limited availability will be offered to you first to repay you for getting involved, so if you want to get the most out of the society, definitely get involved and best of all YOU DON’T NEED ANY EXPERIENCE; this society is all about learning so just give it a try, my team and I will work with you every step of the way!
