Tonight come and join in our touch rugby games. Played before or never played it does not matter, as our touch rugby is all about fun!

To play you must be 15 of above, you can pay on the day or scanning the QR code and paying on our app. After the games its back to Houghton Rugby Club for drink and catch up

Our pre trial sessions are designed to give athletes a taste of the trial environment

Led by our performance lead they will cover:

Trial Expectations
Preparation
Nailing the basics

Priority will be given to those affiliated to North Durham clubs and will run on the following dates:

U13 (school year 7 & 8 in September)- 10th September - 6-8pm
U15 (school year 9 & 10 in September) - 17th September - 6-8pm
@ Beacon of Light

Sessions will cost £5 per person (North Durham members) or £10 per person (non-North Durham members)

Sunderland College Rugby Academy Open Event

What a morning we had yesterday, sun and rugby with some talented players from local rugby clubs and schools. All were impressed with the facilities and courses the college can offer them.

A fun session had by all, with some great rugby skills on show. Please keep your eyes open for sessions and some guest coaches
