Sunderland University and coach Vic from Houghton Netball Club joined Sunderland College Sports Academy for training and match play today. A great combined session building on methods of getting free, turning.hips, keeping our eyes up and quick feet driving onto the ball. Well done to everyone for their hard work. 💪🏻💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Our netball Academy girls had their 2nd match against Consett Sparks last night. It was another very tight hard fought match which could have gone either way. Sadly they lost in Q4 by 25-23. It was a great performance by the whole team with massive improvement from our first match cutting down a lot of basic errors. Very proud of them all.💪🏻💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
