Come and join us on 24th Feb, 10.30am at Tesco Extra Community room, Toton for Love to Move, a chair based exercise session open to anyone over 55. The sessions are dementia friendly and focus on mobility and cognitive function, sessions cost £5 and Refreshments are included in the price.

Then on to the Blue Bell for our monthly social lunch, this costs £10 and covers the cost of your meal.

When do life’s moments become moments that matter?

Last week, MHA launched our Share a Memory appeal to raise funds for our Befriending Service.

Last year, our amazing befrienders made over 9,000 calls to older people, bringing conversation, laughter and comfort to those who might otherwise face long days alone. This appeal will help us keep those vital connections alive and reach even more people.

When: Tues 4 June, 1-5pm and Weds June 5, 11am-1pm
