A passion for food to stir the soul.
Having grown up in a time when good food was scarce and world foods in particular were few and far between, my fascination for cultural influence simmered away until a decade ago, when I began cooking meals for my family while fearlessly experimenting with numerous dishes, many of which were meat and vegetarian curries.
This inspiration carried me through university and beyond, until a new found friend expressed his complete surprise that I wasn’t sharing this joy with as many people as possible, and so after days of considered reflection, Good Food Inc. was born from a simple wish to serve food-lovers dishes to awaken the senses and remind us all that not everything needs to fall out of a jar or arrive processed and hydrogenated.
After all, good food takes time, patience and love, and so Good Food Inc. has put its best foot forward with the aim of serving diners seeking a food connection to restore their faith in honest, additive-free cooking for the ages, and as long as our customers are willing and happy to support us we will always be around to fill your tummy and feed your soul.
