Today our students from and tutors from are on the beach! has rolled around quickly again.

We've had great chefs, great food and the weather has held up.

The fire pit demo area is looking particularly fresh this year don't you think?! Well done to all involved in setting this up.

We are here all weekend. Helping these wonderful hospitality legends to deliver excellent demos and tasters.

What a finish to our employer engagement week last week!

The always great from showing our students so many skills from filleting to classic dishes. Seabass, potatoes, fennel, Bouillabaisse.

Always a pleasure to have Eddie around, be it in our kitchens or on stage with our students at festivals. Thank you!

We also had Matt Hardy in from talking about giving a 5 star guest experience and training our FOH students on how to make the perfect coffee.

Also, sausage making with Ali, our technician with many talents!

What a week! Huge thanks to all involved, from the industry professionals to our tutors who helped organise. Huge effort goes in. And great times come out. Well done!!!

Always a great day when joined by Darryl Collins, now owner of

Many know him from Bake off the professionals. And Known well in Germany apparently (like The Hoff), after being featured in Rosamunde Pilchard programmes and Cruise ship TV!

We know him because he's a great chap, and loves coming to inspire and upskill our students.

Pictures don't do justice to how pretty and tasty these desserts are.

Our students really enjoyed this one and did great work.

This week it's employer engagement week in our training restaurant for all our full time professional cookery students.

It's always employer engagement time here, but this week we give it a name and pack in some beauties!

No better way than to start the week off with the lovely and talented Annie Seaborne from

Yesterday Annie came in to teach the students about quality fish and how to fillet correctly. Which will lead into some of our other employer lessons this week.

We are here all weekend with our professional cookery students.

Prepping, on stage, networking and of course WASHING UP! Come and say hi, you'll find us in the sink.

Tonight we were honoured to be invited to just outside of Truro.

Our long time friend and collaborator Darryl Collins has recently moved into the business, joining the owners (great to finally meet you )

The place and location are stunning. Little hidden gem on the side of our little city.

So much coming up here in the future. Events and happenings. As well as world class patisserie hand made on site.
