This is a role offering the opportunity to make a real impact across our organisation, with travel required between all five of our sites.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Health & Safety qualification and be a member of IIRSM or IOSH. You'll bring proven Health & Safety experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for promoting a positive safety culture across the group.

The morning's discussions have focused on the vital role construction plays in creating social value, supporting communities and developing opportunities for the next generation.

It's inspiring to hear industry leaders sharing insights on workforce development, sustainability and the future of the built environment across the West Midlands.

Events like this are invaluable for strengthening connections between education and industry, ensuring our learners are equipped with the skills, knowledge and opportunities needed for successful careers in construction and the wider land-based and built environment sectors.

Super proud of our Level 3 Agriculture and Countryside Management students, who have flown out to South Africa for an incredible two- week trip.

Over the last few days, they’ve been giving back to the KwaZulu-Natal community. Putting their skills into action, they’ve been working hard to build a sustainable vegetable garden-planting crops like mustard and beetroot to help support the local school kids and community.

Seeing the students apply their passion, knowledge and energy to make a difference is incredibly inspiring. We couldn’t be prouder of the impact they are making.
