A healthy future starts with healthy soil, clean water, safe food, and communities that work together. 💚

This year, World Environment Day and World Food Safety Day remind us that protecting the environment and ensuring food security go hand in hand. Safe food begins long before it reaches our plates — with sustainable farming, responsible resource management, and strong local action.

Through projects around the world, Humana People to People supports farmers and communities to build resilience, improve food production, and protect natural resources for future generations.

Because when people care for the planet, they also care for each other. 🌿✨

❤️🌍 HIV Is Still Present — And Support Still Matters 🌍❤️

HIV has not disappeared. Millions of people around the world continue to live with HIV, and access to information, testing, treatment, and support remains essential.

Through programmes by DAPP Zambia, communities receive support.

With the right treatment and support, people living with HIV can lead healthy, fulfilling lives. The fight against HIV is not over, but together we can continue reducing stigma, improving access to care, and supporting those affected. 💚

📚🌍 Bringing Learners Back to School 🌍📚

Education changes lives, but many children face challenges that keep them out of the classroom. In Zambia, teachers and communities are working together to change that. 💚

By visiting families, raising awareness, and supporting young people, more children are returning to school and continuing their education. One teacher’s efforts have already helped several learners return after leaving due to early pregnancies and other social challenges.

This story is a reminder that when schools, families, and communities work together, real change is possible. 🌱
