Something very different last night! Had an amazing night at the Medieval Fantasy Ball with Realm and Revelry, and dusted off Errol the Steampunk Dragon for his first outing in ages 😃🐉

Had a fun few hours with the folks from The Art Yard sketching at West Smethwick Park! And so many cute baby ducks to photograph ☺️

A sneaky peak of my brand new zinc plate line etching and aquatint! Just at the scraping/burnishing stage and still using the scraper/burnisher I was given on the very first day of my printmaking degree 33 years ago 😮

An amazing few days in Wales for a bit of sketching and a completely off grid Qigong retreat The ShiBarnShi Weekend with Qigong with Simon - Tai Chi Shibashi. Staying in a converted barn and doing a lot of tai chi in the middle of nowhere with a lovely group of people. So many animals, birds and even bats flying overhead!

Only a week left to see the Summer Exhibition at RBSA Gallery. There's some amazing work on display over three floors and you can see my elephant etching and collagraph print "Lines of Memory" 🐘

A bit more experimenting today and having a play with the new Clementine intaglio ink, a lovely sample from , to overlay a collagraph crackle print onto a sandpaper aquatint etching print. Not a colour I would have ever thought to use, but I'm loving it 😃

Only a few weeks left to see the RBSA GALLERY Summer Exhibition! There are some amazing works on show and you can see my "Lines of Memory" zinc plate line etching and crackle collagraph print 😃
