As well as celebrating our year 2 students as they went on study leave with our Celebration Assembly and BBQ, it was also great to find out about their intended destinations and to hear about the support they received from College in securing their university place or apprenticeship from Early Applicant support, Ambition and GRIT Programmes. We look forward to celebrating your success on results day in August!

Congratulations to year 2 student Wisal who was selected as a regional winner in the Harvard Crimson Global Essay Competition. We are incredibly proud of our students who have completed The Brilliant Club Scholars Programme, exploring the fascinating question with their PhD tutor Mark Wilson: “Was England a Monarchical Republic?”

Their hard work, intellectual curiosity and commitment truly paid off — with an outstanding 8 students achieving 1st Class honours in their final university-standard assignment!

To top it all off, they celebrated their success at a memorable Graduation Day at Jesus College, Oxford — an inspiring experience and a fitting reward for their achievements.

A huge well done to all involved — the future is bright!
