Flex Intern of the Month – Congratulations, Sam!

We are delighted to celebrate Sam as our Flex Intern of the Month and recognise the incredible progress he has made on his supported internship journey.

Sam began by completing work experience hours at The Crossing Community Café, where he developed his confidence and workplace skills. He then progressed to a volunteer placement in Procurement with the NHS, continuing to build his experience and independence.

Through his hard work, commitment and determination, Sam has now achieved his goal of securing paid employment within the NHS Catering Department!

Sam's journey is a fantastic example of how supported internships can help young people develop their skills, gain valuable experience and move into meaningful employment.

Well done, Sam – we are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved and look forward to seeing you continue to thrive!
