✨ Have you had support from myself or Chloe in the past? We'd love to hear from you!

Leave a comment below and help us spread the word about our new joint clinic, so more families can access the support they need, when they need it most. ❤️

Not every baby who struggles with feeding has a tongue tie.

Not every feeding challenge can be solved by adjusting positioning and attachment.

Over the years, both Chloe and I have supported many families with various issues affecting feeding, comfort and settling.

If you're currently struggling with breastfeeding, it's worth seeking specialist support.

Even if everyone says "the latch looks fine". Trust your instinct!

✨ ANTENATAL COURSES IN WYMONDHAM ✨

One last space (for 1 couple) available on the course starting 15th June.

✨ Now booking for September ✨

5 star rated antenatal courses that are designed to help you feel calm, informed and prepared for birth, feeding your baby and life with a newborn 🤍 Led by a local midwife Andrea.

✔️ Midwife-led
✔️ Unbiased
✔️ Evidence-based
✔️ Practical, supportive and non-judgemental
✔️ Meet other local expectant parents
✔️ Includes infant first aid and hypnobirthing relaxation

When you book one of my antenatal courses, you won't be attending a nationally-produced course taught by different educators in different locations.

You'll be learning from one passionate local midwife who has personally created the course, teaches every session herself, and supports local families every day through her NHS and private work.

The result? Consistent advice, local knowledge, and a much more personal experience.

Tomorrow 👀

The waitlist families found out first today…

And I've absolutely loved seeing your messages already 🤍

Tomorrow I finally get to share what I’ve been quietly working on behind the scenes.

Something created with one goal in mind: to help parents feel more supported when feeding doesn’t feel as straightforward as they’d hoped.

I'm not giving away the full details just yet…

But if you’ve ever felt like: “Surely feeding my baby shouldn’t feel this hard?” or “Something still doesn’t feel quite right…”

You’re going to want to keep an eye on this tomorrow ✨

Feeding your baby can feel far harder than most people expect.

- Painful feeds.
- Worrying about weight gain.
- Feeling like something still isn’t quite right… but not knowing where to turn next.

What I see so often are parents trying to navigate feeding challenges while being passed between different professionals — attempting to piece everything together themselves while still feeling stuck.

And that’s exactly what needs to change.

I’ve been quietly working on something designed to make feeding support feel more joined-up, more supportive, and more effective — by looking at the bigger picture, not just one small part of it.

So if you’ve ever felt:
• Unsure why feeding you baby still isn’t improving
• Overwhelmed by conflicting advice
• Like you’re doing everything you can and still struggling

You’re going to want to keep an eye on this 👀

Launching in 6 days.
DM “first look” if you want first access before I go live ✨

In my recent post I mentioned that if feeding feels painful, stressful or like something just isn’t quite right, it’s important to seek specialist support early rather than simply waiting it out.

Breastfeeding can take time to learn for both mum and baby — but persistent pain, frustration or feeding that never seems to feel quite right shouldn’t just be dismissed as something you have to “push through”.

Every baby and every feeding journey is different, but these are some common signs that feeding might not be going as smoothly as it could be.

You know your baby best. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s always worth exploring things further - even if you're being repeatedly by many that told that the “latch looks fine” (I hear this one daily! 🤦🏻‍♀️).

Seeking specialist support early can often make a huge difference — there may be a local breastfeeding support group near you, or you may benefit from booking 1:1 support with an IBCLC lactation consultant (like myself — if you're in Norfolk 😉).

Sometimes small tweaks can make a huge difference. And sometimes, feeding difficulties can be a sign that something else may need more investigation and extra support. 🤍

Something new is coming...

The early days of feeding a newborn can feel incredibly overwhelming — especially when everyone seems to have an opinion on your latch, yet you still feel unsure whether things are actually going well 🤍

These are some of the most important things I wish more parents knew about protecting breastfeeding in the early days ✨

And please remember: breastfeeding is not supposed to be something you just have to “push through” if things don’t feel right.

Pain, shallow attachment, poor weight gain, constantly slipping off the breast, very long or very short feeds, excessive windiness or googling ni**le shields, silverettes or ni**le balms at 3am are often signs that feeding support is needed — not signs that you’re failing 🤍

Early specialist support can make such
a huge difference. ✨

(Save this post for later or send it to someone who needs it— and keep an eye out for another post soon where I’ll talk more about signs that feeding might not be going as smoothly as you’ve been told 👀)
