European University has acquired St. Michael’s Hospital, with the relevant procedure officially registered on Thursday by the National Agency of Public Registry.

St. Michael’s Hospital, located on Zhvania Street in Tbilisi, becomes the second multidisciplinary hospital to join European University’s clinical network as of 2026. The clinic, formerly known as Mikhailov Hospital, is one of the oldest medical institutions in the Caucasus, with records indicating that its first patient was registered in 1844.

🩺 Medical students have the unique opportunity to work with a virtual patient during their training using the latest 3D anatomy platform, which is only available at the "European university".

🧬 This device makes teaching anatomy, physiology and histology very practical. By observing the digital model of each part of the body or organ, students can visualize theoretical material exactly as they would on a real human body.
