საქართველოს საერთაშორისო უნივერსიტეტ ჯიუ-ს და უკრაინის ვინიცა მიხაილო კოციუბინსკის სახელობის სახელმწიფო პედაგოგიური უნივერსიტეტის ერთობლივი საერთაშორისო კონფერენცია
2026 წლის 17 ივნისს, ქალაქ ვინიცაში (უკრაინა) ჰიბრიდულ ფორმატში ჩატარდა საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო-პრაქტიკული კონფერენცია თემაზე: „ხელოვნური ინტელექტი, გარემომცველი ტექნოლოგიები და ვირტუალური გარემო: ინტერდისციპლინური პრაქტიკა, პერსპექტივები და გამოწვევები კაცობრიობისა და საზოგადოებისთვის“. მასშტაბური ღონისძიება ვინიცას სახელმწიფო პედაგოგიური უნივერსიტეტისა და საქართველოს საერთაშორისო უნივერსიტეტ ჯიუ-ს თანაორგანიზებით განხორციელდა.
კონფერენციის საზეიმო გახსნაზე მისასალმებელი სიტყვით წარდგა ჯიუ-ს რექტორი, პროფესორი ელი ელისაშვილი, რომელიც ამავდროულად ღონისძიების საორგანიზაციო კომიტეტის თანათავმჯდომარე იყო. თავის გამოსვლაში რექტორმა ხაზი გაუსვა ორ უნივერსიტეტს შორის არსებულ მჭიდრო და წარმატებულ პარტნიორობას. მან აღნიშნა, რომ ეს თანამშრომლობა ეფექტურად ვითარდება "Erasmus+"-ის ინსტიტუციური განვითარების პროექტ „Re-Direction“-ის ფარგლებში, რომელიც მიზნად ისახავს უმაღლესი განათლების განვითარებას ციფრული ტრანსფორმაციის საშუალებებით და საერთო ინკლუზიური და მდგრადი განვითარების სტრუქტურის დანერგვას ევროპული საუკეთესო პრაქტიკის საფუძველზე.
ქალბატონმა ელიმ ვრცლად ისაუბრა თანამედროვე საგანმანათლებლო და სამეცნიერო სივრცეში ხელოვნური ინტელექტის განვითარებისა და ციფრული ტრანსფორმაციის უმნიშვნელოვანეს ტენდენციებზე, სადაც გამოყო რამდენიმე ძირითადი ასპექტი:
- საგანმანათლებლო სივრცის ინოვაციური განვითარება: AI-ისა და გარემომცველი ტექნოლოგიების როლი სწავლა-სწავლების მეთოდოლოგიის ტრანსფორმაციაში და სტუდენტების ციფრული კომპეტენციების ამაღლების საჭიროება მომავლის ეკონომიკაში მათი სრულფასოვანი ინტეგრირების მიზნით;
- აკადემიური კეთილსინდისიერება და მასთან დაკავშირებული გამოწვევები: გენერაციული AI სისტემების ფართო მოხმარების საფუძველზე აუცილებელია ახალი ეთიკური სტანდარტებისა და რეგულაციების შემუშავების აუცილებლობის საკითხი;
- ინკლუზიურობა და ხელმისაწვდომობა: ციფრული ტრანსფორმაციის როლი ბარიერების მოხსნას თვალსაზრისით და ხელოვნური ინტელექტის მნიშვნელოვანი დატვირთვა სპეციალური საჭიროებების მქონე პირთა საგანმანათლებლო და სოციალური მხარდაჭერისთვის;

Joint International Conference of Georgian International University GIU and Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University
On June 17, 2026, an international scientific-practical conference was held in a hybrid format in the city of Vinnytsia (Ukraine) on the topic: “Artificial Intelligence, Immersive Technologies, and Virtual Environment: Interdisciplinary Practices, Prospects, and Challenges for Humanity and Society.” The large-scale event was co-organized by Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University and Georgian International University GIU.
At the official opening ceremony of the conference, Rector of GIU, Professor Eliso Elisashvili, delivered a welcome speech. She also served as Co-Chair of the Organizing Committee of the conference. In her speech, the Rector emphasized strong and successful partnership between the two universities. She noted that this cooperation has been effectively developing within the framework of the Erasmus+ CBHE project “Re-Direction,” which aims to enhance higher education through digital transformation and implement a shared framework for inclusive and sustainable development based on European best practices.
Professor Elisashvili spoke extensively about key trends in the development of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in modern educational and scientific environments, highlighting several major aspects:
- Innovative development of the educational sphere: The role of AI and immersive technologies in transforming teaching and learning methodologies, as well as the need to enhance students’ digital competencies in order to ensure their full integration into the future economy;
- Academic integrity and related challenges: The widespread use of generative AI systems necessitates the development of new ethical standards and regulatory frameworks;
- Inclusivity and accessibility: The role of digital transformation in removing barriers, and the significant potential of artificial intelligence in supporting education and social inclusion of persons with special needs;
At the conference, professors and leading researchers of various nationalities presented reports addressing global challenges of the digital era from legal, psychological, and technological perspectives.
