Tamale Technical University Alumni Association Launches Enhanced Database Portal to Strengthen Global Alumni Engagement and Institutional Development

The Tamale Technical University Alumni Association (TaTUAA) is pleased to announce the official launch of its enhanced Alumni Database Portal, now accessible to all alumni across the globe.

Wherever you may be, you can take just a few minutes to register on the portal and become a member in good standing, while contributing meaningfully to the continued growth and development of Tamale Technical University.

Membership in good standing provides alumni with the opportunity to participate fully in the Association's programmes, activities, and events, while fostering a stronger sense of belonging and pride as distinguished alumni of the University.

As the Association embarks on a new chapter of growth and transformation, all eligible alumni are encouraged to register on the platform and subsequently pay their membership dues. These contributions will support the effective administration of the Association and the implementation of impactful initiatives.

One of the Association's flagship projects is the construction of an ultra-modern National Secretariat on the University's campus. The facility will not only serve as the administrative headquarters of the Association but will also include modern office spaces for rent to generate sustainable revenue. This initiative is expected to strengthen the Association's capacity to support the University's development agenda in partnership with Management.

Several other strategic programmes are also in the pipeline, and the establishment of a comprehensive and unified alumni database will play a vital role in enhancing communication, coordination, networking, and alumni participation worldwide.

Alumni can register through either of the following convenient options:

Visit alumni.tatu.edu.gh and complete the online registration process; or

Dial *713*6713 # and follow the prompts to submit the required information for administrative verification and approval.

Successful registration will also provide members with access to additional features and services available on the Alumni Portal.

This is a defining moment for every member of the Tamale Technical University Alumni Association. We encourage all alumni to get counted, reconnect with former colleagues, strengthen existing networks, and become active partners in shaping the future of our alma mater.

Together, through unity, commitment, and collective support, we can build a stronger Alumni Association and contribute significantly to the continued progress and excellence of Tamale Technical University.

RAMADAN & FASTING SEASON MESSAGE

The Alumni Association of Tamale Technical University extends its warmest greetings to our cherished Muslim brothers and sisters observing the holy month of Ramadan, as well as to our Christian brethren who commenced their fasting season on the 18th of this month.

For our Muslim community, Ramadan is a sacred 30-day period devoted to prayer, self-discipline, charity, and spiritual renewal. It is a time to draw closer to Allah, cultivate patience, extend compassion to the less privileged, and strengthen the bonds of unity within society.

In the same spirit, our Christian brothers and sisters are observing a 40-day season of fasting marked by prayer, reflection, sacrifice, and spiritual growth.

Though the durations may differ — 30 days for Muslims and 40 days for Christians — the essence remains beautifully aligned: faith, self-restraint, repentance, generosity, and love for humanity.

As proud alumni of Tamale Technical University, we celebrate this inspiring season of shared devotion within our diverse and united community. May this sacred period deepen our commitment to peace, integrity, mutual respect, and solidarity in our homes, workplaces, and nation.

May Allah accept the prayers and sacrifices of our Muslim brothers and sisters, and may God strengthen and bless our Christian brethren throughout their spiritual journey.

Ramadan Mubarak and God bless us all.
