We are pleased to invite the Alba UK Alumni Network to the Executive Savoring Gathering 2021, an exclusive event for our alumni in the UK, organized by Alba Careers & Alumni in collaboration with ALBA Executive Development. Please join us on Thursday, May 27th at 6 pm UK time for a 1.5 hour-long live online event featuring two learning parts.

In part I, prof Anastassios Stalikas will explore Positive Leadership and Self Leadership: ‘Savoring’ as a Leadership Attitude.

In part II, Maria Moragianis, WSET II, will guide you through the major wine regions in Greece and help you discover the art and value of savoring through a wine tasting. Please bring a wine glass, a positive attitude, and a bottle of your favorite Greek wine with you!

As you know, this autumn we welcomed 300 students to our vibrant Alba community which currently numbers a little over 5000! Well into their fifth month of studies, our students are getting a taste of what it means to be part of this amazing network. True to our School’s mission: to educate visionary leaders of tomorrow, one of our students' tasks this year includes locating an alumnus mentor.

This is where YOU come in and help us co-create our “Leaders of Tomorrow” Mentoring Network!

Many of you have already declared your interest in becoming a student mentor when registering for this platform. It's time now to bring this initiative to fruition!
We invite all alumni interested in taking part in the "Leaders of Tomorrow" Mentoring Network to join us on February 3rd at 7 pm for a brief virtual session on what it means to become a mentor to Alba students and the steps you need to take to be a successful mentor.

We will also host a mini networking exercise so that you leave the session having met each other. Please register via the Alba Networker: www.albanetworker.com and a zoom link will be sent out a few days before the event.

Our next Virtual Career Day, on November 30th, features INTERSPORT Greece! The day begins with a talk on Working in the "Heart of Sport" by Regional Managing Director Vangelis Batris and HR Manager Maria Kolokytha.

The HR team: Natassa Fotinakopoulou, Dimitrios Provatas, Katerina Koneta, and Athanasia Chatzoglou will then interview 20 selected Alba students. Thank you INTERSPORT Greece for your valuable partnership all these years!
