Raffaella, enthusiastically told us how formative the experience at RBS was: "During these months I had the opportunity not only to learn more about the subjects that interested me and to improve my English, but also to meet many special people.
Thanks to the Career Center, I had the chance to participate in different events such as the Career Fair, a unique opportunity where I had the chance to meet face-to-face with leading companies in different fields." And it was thanks to the RBS Career Fair that Raffaella came into contact with the company for which she currently works "I just started my internship at Accenture Song in digital marketing and I couldn't be happier to have found my place in a great company like this and in a field that I have always been passionate about. We are glad to announce that and the University of Palermo have signed a partnership involving the joint creation of the International in Sustainability and Circular Bioeconomy Management.
Students in the Master will then be able to obtain a double certification, that of Rome Business School and that of the University of Palermo's Level I Master's program, practice-oriented training, and 60 university credits. The collaboration, moreover, will connect and combine two complementary educational approaches, providing students with an all-round experience.

87 RBS Students changed their professional future and were placed in December in companies such as KENZO, FAO, KPMG and Lottomatica.
Polina Kozhevnikova, Global Master in Human Resources Management student, told us how formative the experience at RBS was, and in particular the job opportunity found thanks to the Career Center: "thanks to RBS I found an internship in my field in the largest telecommunications company in Italy, TIM. It also allowed me to have a lot of international contacts, and I have to admit that after the RBS Career Fair I became very resistant to the stress of interviews, because during the Career Fair you introduce yourself to different professionals at least 10 or 20 times. Which is barely possible to do in a day in your life, so I definitely overcame that resistance." It is just perfect then, that it was thanks to the encounter during the Career Fair that Polina landed the job in TIM.
Today Polina, Organization Development & processes Intern at Tim, has no doubts about what is the tips to give to her fellow students to get like her a career opportunity: "multinational approach in terms of languages, the more you speak the better, not to be afraid of rejection and to keep looking for opportunities and the third tips is to ask RBS professors how to build a career and which direction to look, they are always willing to help and support, since they are working professionals they might also give you some reliable recommendations or contacts in companies.

Among these 102 students, we met with Fernanda Ubaldo, a student in Rome Business School's Global Master in Marketing, who explained what she learned and how crucial Rome Business School's Career Center was in launching her into her professional career.
"My love affair with Italy began with my grandparents, who were Italian and whom I visited every year. I decided to attend a Master in Rome to reconnect with my roots and live my childhood dream. At Rome Business School I had the opportunity to meet important industry professionals and learn even more about the field I love so much. Thanks to Career Services, I had job interviews and today I work at the Renault Group, an established company in the market that I am very proud to be a part of."
