賽事喺名古屋一宮市綜合體育館舉行 🇯🇵，朱文佳喺小組兩勝出線 💪，再挫隊友王鎮炎入四強 🔥，同國家隊球手林乃利爭入決賽 ⚔️。文佳入局未及對手快，先失首局，喺第二局一度領先 ⚡，惜未能穩住局勢，終以8:21同19:21不敵對手。雙銅牌制下 🥉，取下一面銅牌，連續三屆踏上頒獎台 🇭🇰！

香港今屆亞殘運首面獎牌誕生🌟！恭喜殘疾人劍擊運動員余翠怡喺女子A級花劍個人賽刺下一面銅牌🥉！翠怡五次出戰亞殘運，每屆都有獎牌落袋👏，GOAT🐐！

賽事喺名古屋市稻永體育中心上演，第五次出戰亞殘運嘅翠怡喺女子A級花劍個人賽先大勝伊朗15:3🔥，再挫泰國劍手入四強💪，硬撼國家隊嘅鄒緒鳳⚔️。對手係巴黎殘奧運女花雙金得主，反應速度同實力不容忽視💥。雖然翠怡喺大部份時間落後，但佢奮起力追⚡，打出多下好劍，惜未能扭轉局勢，終以9:15不敵。雙銅牌制下，贏得一面銅牌 🥉！

翠怡五次出戰亞殘運✨，今屆率先喺花劍個人賽報捷🎉，稍後佢仲會出戰重劍同佩劍項目，繼續支持佢再創傳奇 🇭🇰！

打出團魂 🔥！恭喜殘疾人劍擊隊勇奪女子花劍團體賽銀牌 🤺🥈！

由余翠怡、鍾婉萍、林嘉雯同湯雅婷組成嘅女子花劍隊先輕取泰國躋身決賽 💪，硬撼巴黎殘奧運團體金牌得主國家隊 ⚔️。賽事一共有6局，每局由劍手接力進行 ⚡。 雖然港隊喺開局經已落後，但港將仍然勇往直前 💥，奮戰到底 ，終以12:30不敵奪得銀牌 🥈，連續四屆踏上頒獎台！

香港中文大學體育運動科學系於10月14日順利舉行了學系名古屋亞運祝捷會，祝賀學系於名古屋亞運獲得獎牌的學生運動員，包括梁天晴（佩劍男子團體賽銅牌），李智剛（空手道男子隊際形銅牌），鄧宇軒（空手道男子隊際形銅牌），以及謝依霖（壁球混合雙打、女子團體銀牌）（圖片一）。

祝捷會上，教育學院院長張志強教授及體育運動科學系系主任沈劍威教授致辭讚揚各運動員所付出的汗水及努力，展現了真正的體育精神，值得嘉許（圖片二至五） 。

教育學院、體育運動科學系、學生所屬書院均有派代表到場祝賀 ( 圖片六至九）。

祝願一眾學生運動員在未來的運動生涯及學術發展上繼續突破自我、再創佳績。

On October 14, the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education (SSPE) hosted a celebration ceremony to honour our student-athletes for their outstanding medal-winning achievements at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.

We proudly congratulated our medal-winning students, including Leung Tin Ching (Bronze medalist in Men's Sabre Team), Li Chi Kong (Bronze medalist in Men's Team Kata), Tang Yu Hin (Bronze medalist in Men's Team Kata), and Tse Yee Lam Toby (Silver medalist in Squash Mixed Doubles & Women's Team) (Photo 1).

During the ceremony, Prof. Alan Chi-keung CHEUNG (Dean of Education) and Prof. Raymond Kim-wai SUM (Chairperson, SSPE) delivered opening remarks recognising the athletes for their immense dedication, perseverance, and exemplary sportsmanship (Photos 2 to 5).

Representatives from the Faculty, Department, and the athletes’ respective Colleges attended to cheer on the student-athletes. This collective presence underscores the robust, interconnected support network CUHK offers its student-athletes (Photos 6 to 9).

We wish our student-athletes continued success as they push boundaries and reach new heights in both their athletic careers and academic endeavours!

The Department of Sports Science and Physical Education proudly congratulates Prof. Cindy Hui-ping SIT, Prof. Andy Choi-yeung TSE, and Prof. Jozo GRGIC on being recognized among Stanford University's World's Top 2% Scientists 2026.

This prestigious international recognition reflects their outstanding research excellence, scholarly impact, and significant contributions to advancing knowledge in sports science, physical education, health, and related disciplines.
