【🔥 Team Hong Kong! HSUHK MKT Crowned Champions to Represent HK at AFECA Youth Challenge 2026 ✨】

Big round of applause for BBA-MKT Year 4 students—Kyle Lester Torres Villarosa, Kimberly Chelsea Siu, Stephanie Ki, and Kathy Chan, led by Senior Lecturer Roy Ying—for winning the Hong Kong round of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) proposal competition! 🏆

Their winning pitch? WORKWELL EXPO, a game-changing concept championing workplace mental wellness and sustainability through practical, long-term solutions. 💡🌱

The HSUHK team will represent Hong Kong at the Asia Federation of Exhibition and Convention Association (AFECA) Convention in Xiamen, Fujian this November, competing against top talents from 20+ Asian regions! 🌏✨ Drop a ❤️ to cheer on Team HK! 👇

The Department of Marketing recently hosted two interactive workshops: "AI + You: Crafting Social Media Content that Connects." Led by experienced content marketer and storyteller Ms. Joyce Tsang, our students engaged in hands-on exercises to explore AI tools like Copilot, Gemini, and DeepSeek to build:

The sessions focused on a structured prompting framework designed to blend AI capabilities with an authentic human touch—what truly builds connection! 📲

🎉 Congratulations to Stephanie Ki and her team on winning the Championship! Competing against six teams from top universities, they impressed industry judges with creativity through innovative financial planning 💡, practicality in addressing client needs 🎯, and a compelling presentation 📊—securing first place and $5,000 in cash vouchers. 👏 Kudos also to Harry Yeung, Angus Kwok, Charlotte Chan, and Grace Wong for earning 2nd Runner-Up with their team.

Dr. Winnie Chan, BBA-MKT Programme Director, led an engaging workshop for secondary 4 to 6 students titled “The Magic Behind Marketing: How Brands Shape Your Mind and Life.” 🧠 The session explored marketing fundamentals and revealed how powerful brands capture attention and influence both individuals and society. 👥🌍
