The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Staff Association 香港理工大學教職員協會 PUSA is a registered trade union for full-time PolyU staff members and is officially recognized by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

About PUSA

PUSA is a registered trade union for full-time PolyU staff members and is officially recognized by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Our objectives are to:
• provide help and advice to our members on matters relating to their conditions of service, benefits, and working environment;
• serve as a link between staff and Management of the University;
• facilitate a platform to share views to improve the well-being of staff. Most importantly, we voice out concerns of staff from all grades through various channels and we have been fulfilling this role effectively throughout our long history.


教職員協會簡介

香港理工大學教職員協會是大學校董會正式承認的註冊工會，成立於一九七四年。 本會的目標及使命包括：
• 為員工爭取公平和合理的服務條件、福利及工作環境；
• 作為員工及大學管理層的溝通橋樑；
• 為員工的福祉和發展提供一個意見平台

多年以來我們曾透過不同的渠道，有效地為大學所有職級的員工發聲。
