✨Visit the Sunny House ✨ (HKUST students only)

In response to the increasing demand for student accommodation and to better anticipate the bedspace shortage for RPgs under priority housing, a off-campus housing with special price, Sunny House, will be offered to Continuing RPgs with priority housing in RY2026-2027.

1️⃣Bedspaces will be offered in Twin Room Setting.

2️⃣No couple rooms are available.​

3️⃣The housing priority of Sunny House will be given to the CRPGs with priority housing. ​

4️⃣Students entitled to priority housing who reside at Sunny House via PG Housing Application in RY2026-27, will be eligible for a special rental price.

5️⃣ Pair-up with roommate is possible after acceptance of Sunny House Hall Offer.

📢📢📢HKUST students are encouraged to join the Sunny House Tour to explore further, details are as below:
