This student-run HKU Amnesty International Club is part of the Amnesty global movement to defend human rights worldwide. We come together regularly, to learn and share ideas about human rights, and to mobilise their peers in school to take action for change. We campaign to get information about human rights violations. We also fundraise for Amnesty international, supporting them in their vital research, and host film nights and discussion groups. However, it a relaxed society open to new and creative ideas. It is not a political society, but a group of people who care about human rights. Everyone is more than welcome to join, we would love you to come along and get involved. Students are an influential part of the AI global movement – your passion, energy and creativity will inspire and strengthen our work.
