In this session, Prof. Chan Chun-ho, Randolph will examine the experiences of LGBTQ+ students and discuss how educators and institutions can create more affirming, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.💬📚
 
Through research insights and real-world examples, participants will be encouraged to reflect critically and consider concrete actions to strengthen belonging for LGBTQ+ students.

October 15 is 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆, a day to recognise the white cane as an important symbol of independence and mobility for blind and visually impaired individuals.🦯

A white cane is more than a mobility aid. It helps people understand and navigate their surroundings safely. It also reminds us of the importance of accessibility for all. By keeping pathways clear, giving pedestrians using a white cane the right of way, and fostering greater awareness, we can all help build a safer, more accessible, and inclusive environment for everyone.
