🖋️Seal-Carving Workshop • Summary 🎉

The seal-carving workshop came to a successful close. Thank you to everyone who came along and took part, and a special thank you as well to our instructor, Mr. Sze Yuk Wong, for his guidance throughout! 🙌

During the workshop, Mr. Sze walked everyone through the basics of seal carving, covering different styles such as raised (yang) and intaglio (yin) engraving. He also gave a live demonstration of the steps and techniques involved 🔪🪨. In the hands-on session that followed, Mr. Sze went around to help each student refine and improve their work. Most of the participants were beginners — some were even exchange students 🌏📚— but with Mr. Sze’s guidance, everyone was able to carve their own seal and left feeling accomplished 🛠️👩‍🎨👨‍🎨.

We hope this workshop was a great introduction to the art of seal-carving 🚪✨🖋️. If you’d like to learn more about calligraphy or seal-carving, be sure to follow our Instagram and Xiaohongshu, check our WhatsApp group, and keep an eye out for our mass emails. We’ll be sharing updates on our regular gatherings and future events 🗓️🤝. We look forward to seeing you again! 👋
