[Martial Arts Group]

Martial arts is a traditional Chinese sport that originated from ancient military and production practices and has been passed down for thousands of years. It mainly focuses on offensive and defensive movements such as kicking, hitting, throwing, and holding, integrating routine exercises and practical techniques. Martial arts emphasizes both internal and external cultivation, which not only strengthens the body and spirit, but also hones the will. At the same time, it contains the Eastern philosophy of "using martial arts to stop aggression". It is a precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation and deeply loved by people around the world.
